The last of the hedging plants (predominantly hawthorn and laurel) went in before the weather improved. This is an effort to fill the gaps where hedges have suffered over the years also establish two new hedges. Careful maintenance in the coming months will ensure windbreaks are kept in place for the longer term to shelter livestock.
