The 'Tesco Sustainable Dairy Group' have now published their inaugural benchmark findings for the Estate dairy farms environmental assessment. The aim of the reports is to improve on-farm efficiency and profitability in a more sustainable way by calculating each farm's total greenhouse gas emissions per litre of fat and protein corrected milk produced.
