A pre-application has been submitted in June 2017 at Monument Place to expand the existing site by a further 35,000sq.ft. comprising 17,000 sq.ft. for phase 1 and 18,000 sq.ft. for phase 2. If successful this will double the existing site to 70,00q.ft. of B1 and B8 uses. Units from 2,000 sq.ft. and upwards will be made available for small businesses wanting to relocate from 2018.
