Congratulations to Team Aptitude and Lizzie Tench
Congratulations to Team Aptitude and Cheshire paratriathlete Lizzie Tench for scaling Yr Wyddfa earlier this month to raise funds for the spinal cord injury charity Back Up.
Lizzie trained for the gruelling challenge at Aptitude Health & Fitness, one of our tenants on the Barnston Estate's Monument Place Business Park in Farndon, and was pushed, pulled and carried up the highest mountain in Wales in three hours and 47 minutes in her specially adapted purple wheelchair.
Team Aptitude came fifth out of twelve in The Push Yr Wyddfa 2023 and raised over £4,000 for Back Up.
