Extensive hedge planting has taken place to both fill in the gaps of old hedgerows but also create new hedges and enhance a new driveway to reduce cold wind on young livestock and boost biodiversity. Working around the freezing weather, over 1,000 plants across 10 different varieties were planted including hawthorn, holly, laurel, oak, alder, beech and willow.
